Return & Refund Policy
How do I return my product?
You can return an order by clicking Return on page “My Orders”.
- We accept returns within 7 days of the order delivery.
- Please ensure that all returns/product must be unused condition and tags are intact.
- while returning the product, please ensure tags is intact the way it was delivered.
- We do not accept returns if tag is removed/broken from item.
- We will arrange product pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
- Shipping charge /COD (cash on delivery) charges are not refundable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable if product returned without any manufacturing defects. Only purchase amount will be refundable.
- Shipping amount of return/replacement will be charged
- If product is retuned having defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of product for verification and send it through WhatsApp chat box of official website “www.brosisart.com.” Return /replacement process will be initiated after after verification process is completed.
- There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service or Speed Post.
- Refund is not available in respect of customized product.
- In case of sizing issue, refund/replacement is not available.
How will I get my refund?
When the order is picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
- Payment Gateway refund process takes 7 to 9 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- NEFT refund process takes 72 hours.
